This includes individuals pivoting into new roles, seeking to position themselves strategically for greater impact, and mature-age professionals who want their contributions to be fully recognised.
I support them in clarifying their value, communicating their expertise effectively, and positioning themselves to attract the right opportunities. My approach is grounded in the same principles I use in strategic advisory and visibility work: deliberate positioning, authority by design, and alignment between capability and perception.
I do this through my work as a Career Development Facilitator and Assessor at Asuria Training, and as a volunteer coach with Project Placed, helping professionals navigate career transitions and amplify the impact of their experience.
