FROM VISION TO VOICE
What began as face-to-face meetups in 2017 has since evolved into a recorded fireside series. These conversations with powerful, articulate, and inspiring women focus on how they are building visibility, credibility, and impact, without performance or promotion.
From Vision to Voice is a four-week visibility sprint designed specifically to support women in showing up with clarity and confidence.
This program is developed and facilitated by Krista Goon and Rowena Morais.

I met my Audrey Fagan Leadership and Communication 2023 workshop alumni, Lauren Cannell and Asefeh Zeinalabedini Charandabi at the workshop.
I am honoured to have been invited to support the ACT Women’s Awards finalists in 2024 and 2025. These awards recognise women and gender diverse people who have made outstanding contributions to the lives of women and girls in the ACT.
My workshop was aimed at supporting Awards finalists as they face the media and general public. The ACT Women’s Awards was held in Canberra on 6 March 2025. Meet the 2025 ACT Women’s Awards winners.
